Welcome to the registration site for the Research & Career Skills 2017 for PhD students. In these tailor-made workshops you are invited to develop and strengthen research and key career skills that are useful for your present and future professional life, be that within academia or in business and industry. The trainers are carefully selected experts with many years of experience in teaching scientists.
The workshops run parallel from 9 am to 5 pm on Thursday and Friday and are reserved for
PhD students from the participating research centers, institutes and clusters. Other PhD students may participate upon request.
Please note: The number of places for the workshops is limited, and the allocation of the available places follows the "first come, first served" principle. Your registration is pending until the final confirmation from the organisers, which will be e-mailed to you after the end of the registration deadline on 8 May 2017.

This workshop series is a cooperation of The Hamburg Centre for Ultrafast Imaging CUI, the Centre for Structural Systems Biology CSSB, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory EMBL, the International Max Planck Research School for Ultrafast Imaging & Structural Dynamics IMPRS-UFAST, the PIER Helmholtz Graduate School, and the Collaborative Research Center SFB 676.
