Description
EuCARD is planned for 1st April 2009. In preparation for EuCARD we are requested to organize work-package kick-off meetings. Here is the request from Jean-Pierre Koutchouk to be presented and/or discussed at this meeting:.
1, composition of collaborations (from pm to names of collaborators)
2, task implementation plans: sharing of responsibilities, planning for 2009 and perspectives for later, financial aspects, expected spending profile
3, WP communication and working methods (meetings, virtual meetings, external reviews?, publication strategies)
4, Dissemination: DCO contact person per WP (or task?), web sites,
5, Information from Coordination Office: how to use the flexible financial reporting negotiated?
6, Requests to the Coordination Office by the WP collaborators: reporting methods, common tools,
7, Requests to DCO
The major load of task and sub-task leaders is to prepare item 2 and explain it on the meeting. It is preferred to show the planning with MS Project. Item 5 and 6 are related to the consortium agreement. EuCARD Annex1, Consortium agreement and financial tables are attached to my introduction. Pay attention to reporting procedures described in Annex 5, page 33.
