Format
The meeting will be held from Monday, 22 October through Friday, 26 October , 2016. Organized sessions will be held in the morning and afternoon on Monday and Tuesday; and in the morning on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. All organized sessions and functions will be held at the FLASH Seminar Room, Bldg.28c
Organized sessions will consist of invited oral presentations of 20 to 30 minutes duration including discussion. There will be no parallel sessions. There will be one afternoon poster session on Tuesday, 23 October. A projector for laptop presentations will be available. Note that since the workshop is kept purposefully small and concentrated, the number of presentations will be limited.
Those who wish to speak, or to nominate others, should communicate a brief statement of the topic and abstract by 1 September 2018 to the Organizing Committee via conference webpage.
All conference abstracts and titles of intended poster contributions will be due 1 September 2018. They should be submitted via conference webpage.
This time also a dedicated session for oral presentations by PhD students is planned. The interested students are welcome to submit title and abstract of the intended presentation to the Organizing Committee by 1 September 2018 via conference webpage. The selected best talks will be presented by the winners during a dedicated session.
