Social Events
A reception with finger food and drinks will be held at the foyer of the FLASH Seminar room, Bldg. 28c, on Sunday, 21 October at 18:00.
On Wednesday afternoon, 24 October, after the morning session, there will be a sightseeing tour to Hamburg with a double deck bus + a conference dinner on the boat afterwards.
On Thursday afternoon, 25 October, after the morning session, there will be an organized tour to the European EXFEL and to the FLASH and PETRA facilities at DESY, with a barbecue at the DESY Bistro afterwards.
Coffee will be served during the breaks. Lunches will be served at the entry to the conference room FLASH Seminar Room, Bldg.28c during the lunch breaks.
The event costs are included in the conference fee.
