Accommodation
The accommodation for participants is preliminary booked at the OCCIDENTAL Praha Hotel
(a member of the Barceló Hotel Group, formely Barcelo Praha)
The address: Na Strži 32, Praha 4
The hotel is ideally located near the metro station Budějovická (red line C) and in a good direction to the ELI Beamlines. The hotel has very good links to the Vaclav Havel International Airport and is very close to tourist attractions such as Vyšehrad Castle or Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square).
A conference bus will operate between this hotel and ELI Beamlines twice a day every morning and afternoon/evening. If somebody miss this bus, the connection by public transport is very easy (see the description in the link Venue).

Cancellation conditions
Till March 30, 2018 – no cancellation charge
From March 31 till April 20, 2018 – cancellation charge 50% from the whole reservation
From April 21 till May 10, 2018 - cancellation charge 80% from the whole reservation
From May 11, 2018 - cancellation charge 100%
