Conference fee includes:

Bus trip to Hamburg to visit DESY and European XFEL facilities,
Free WiFi for all participants.
The event costs are included in the conference fee. All functions, including breaks and lunches, are open to spouses, or other guests, for a flat additional fee (included into extended conference fee).
Early bird rate: 600 Euro / Late registration: 650 Euro
Students: 300 Euro / Late registration: 350 Euro
(Only for 20 students who register first)
Extended conference fee:
Early bird rate: 750 Euro/ Late registration: 800 Euro
