The meeting will take place at DESY in Zeuthen, which is close to Berlin and is easy to reach with public transport.
Accommodation
DESY guest house
We have made a block reservation of 13 rooms (including 11 single rooms and 2 double rooms) at the DESY guest house in Zeuthen. You need to make the reservation on your own, i.e. all contact (reservations, cancellations etc.) must be made directly with the hostel.

Fee and Catering/Meals
Coffee breaks
We plan on collecting a meeting fee of 35 euros (payment at the registration desk in cash or by credit card) to cover costs for the coffee breaks and other expenses.
Dinner
We will organize dinners on the Monday and Tuesday, but the costs for these dinners are not included in the meeting fee (you need to pay yourself).
Lunch
Lunch is on your own and can be taken in the canteen or you can organize something from the supermarket near by.
