Please take note the check-in is only possible after 14:00. If you arrive on Wednesday, you can bring your luggage to the workshop venue (unfortunatelly, we cannot provide locker).
After office hours, the key for your room can be retrieved from the guards at the main gate (open 24/7).

DESY is located rather centrally and can easily be reached by public transport. There are plenty of other hotels available in Hamburg.
