How to reach?
The meeting will take place at WIS, Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, Rehovot, near Tel Aviv. Lectures will take place at Drory Auditorium, Weissman Building.
Accommodation
Guest House: We have reserved for you a single room in a shared apartment at the Reisfeld Residence at the Faculty of Agriculture, within walking distance of the Weizmann Institute of Science. This is a 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchenette.
The guards at the main gates of the Faculty (manned 24 hours) will give you the key to your room and will instruct the driver on how to get to Reisfeld Residence.

Hotel: We have reserved for you a room at the Leonardo hotel in Rehovot , approximately 20 minute walk from the Weizmann Institute. Your reservation is for Bed & Breakfast.
You will get information about the accomodation which was selected one week before the event takes place.
Arrival
Upon arrival at the Ben Gurion airport at Lod, please take a taxi at the line outside the terminal to the main gate of the Faculty of Agriculture, 267 Herzl st, Rehovot (for the guest house) or to the hotel (Leonardo Hotel, Oppenheimer St 2, Rehovot).
The cab fare is approximately $35 (NS 140) during the day and $40 (NS 160), between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes.

We will provide snacks and drinks.
Dinner
We will organize dinner on sunday and monday (monday with excursion to Jaffa).
Lunch
We will organize lunch during the student excursion on sunday 27th for the participants of the excursion and during the kick-off on the 28th.
