Intro:

- e+laser: need another beam-only production

- implement Florian’s dump for now tentatively and we study the result of the

Beate:

- assume 1e7 sec per year nominally (in 2019 ~40% of the year beam time, then 80% data taking efficiency)

- what is the fraction of time where we have the the nominal beam?

Tony:

- waiting for brems’  —> Sasha is validating and will provide the input files before the weekend ideally so Tony can run the jobs over the weekend

Sasha:

- s6: what’s the distance between the

- what is the x value in the table for the calo?

- 1 GeV cut is maybe too loose maybe, just because these won’t exit the dipole in the signal

- point about the segmentation of the lysos compared to the tracker…

  - we do also measure the electrons with the Cherenkov

- air scattering is not a problem?

- can do the dose plots for the sensitive parts

Kyle:

- previous hotspots are just artefacts of plotting

- change to LANEX with higher light yield (otherwise very similar to lysos)

  - need to verify the radiation hardness —> need an answer this week

  - segmentation can be much finer than what we consider now for the lysos

- take the data from Sasha to do the deconvolution after Sasha gets it running?

- profiler:

  - segmentation can go to less than 50x50 um2

  - rad-hardness is still a question

  - need to make sure if it is possible to place it after the shielding without ruining the backscattering calo measurement

  - check can we remove the inner part of the profiler to cut the core of the beam - will that ruin the measurement?

  - Awake are using Gadox (how much rad-hard?)

- FLUKA:

  - geom converted from G4

  - already did e+laser tests which look reasonable.
