Due to Covid-19 the first TTC 2021 will be held virtually. It supplements the by one year postponed Collaboration Meeting organized by QST, Rokkasho Fusion Institute, Japan, now December 2021.

The first TTC 2021 meeting is organized by DESY, Hamburg, and it is scheduled for January 19 - 21, 2021. The LOC Chair is Hans Weise of DESY. The Technical Board and Collaboration Board meetings will be organized on January 18, 2021 (14:30 - 16:00 and 16:30 - 17:30 respectively).

TTC Mission

The mission of the TESLA Technology Collaboration is to advance SRF technology R&D and related accelerator studies across the broad diversity of scientific applications, and to keep open and provide a bridge for communication and sharing of ideas, developments, and testing across associated projects. To this end the Collaboration supports and encourages free and open exchange of scientific and technical knowledge, expertise, engineering designs, and equipment. The TTC organizes regular collaboration meetings where new developments are reported, recent findings are discussed and technical issues are concluded. 

Schedule

The schedule for the meeting follows a special format in order to respct the different time zones. The meeting includes some few plenary talks as well as parallel sessions for two working groups.

 

Meeting Location

This TTC meeting is hosted by DESY but organized by using video conference tools. Details will be given later.

 

Meeting Room

The meeting will take place using ZOOM video conference tools. The respective rooms will be announced later. Meeting registration will be required.

 

Workshop Social (Thursday, 5:00-6:00 PM DESY time)

The workshop social is being held virtually as well. Details will be announced later.
