The XENON regional analysis workshop is designed to push our analysis forward in order to be ready for fast analysis at the end of the Science Run 0. We expect to cover a wide range of topics, such as data processing, simulations, background estimates, fiducial volume optimisation, data corrections, statistical data treatment and more. The format of the meeting is common work in smaller groups of experts in order to have a fast turnaround of ideas and implementations. The findings of this work will be then presented at out of the regular working group and analysis telecons.
