How to get to Lüneburg

From Hamburg airport by train

 

1) Take S1 train from Hamburg airport until Hamburg main railway station (Hauptbahnhof)

- 25 minutes ride -

2) Take “Metronom” or “ICE” train from Hamburg main railway station to Lüneburg

- 34 minutes ride -

3) Walk ca. 700 metres from Lüneburg station to Bergström hotel or take a taxi

By car from A7 “autobahn”

 

Exit at „Maschener Kreuz“ to A250 (direction Lüneburg, Maschen, Lübeck, Berlin)

Continue on A250 until exit to B209 (direction Lübeck/Adendorf/Lüneburg-Lüne/Stadtmitte)

Turn right and continue on “Bockelmannstraße”

Turn right at "Lünertorstraße"

Turn immediately left into “Am Werder”

And there you are and you can enter underground parking (unfortunately, reservations for car parking cannot be made)

 

 

 

By train from Hanover

 

Take „IC“, „ICE“ or  “Metronom” trains

- ca. 60 minutes ride
