Join Dr. Claartje Vinkenburg for a virtual, two half-day, interactive, evidence-based workshop on bias mitigation in research careers and work places.

You will learn more about what bias is, why it results in cumulative career (dis)advantage, how to recognize in yourself and others, and how to mitigate its effects. We will engage in experiential learning, focusing on critical career transitions, work-life reconciliation, and team culture.

Trainer:
Dr. Claartje Vinkenburg is an independent expert consultant specialized in (gender) diversity and inclusion in research careers. Claartje spent 25 years studying and writing on this subject at VU Amsterdam. She is committed to developing evidence-based interventions including bias mitigation, process optimization, targets and monitoring.
