Please note that Corona regulations differ for the two workshop venues. Below you will find the Corona measures for the first day at Humboldt-Universität and for the second and third day at HZB.
Please also be aware of possible changes of those regulations as the corona situation might change.

Corona Maßnahmen während des ST3 Annual Meetings HZB/HU Berlin
Für den ersten Tag der Veranstaltung (Mittwoch, 07.09.2022) an der HU Berlin im Institut für Physik gilt, dass alle Maßnahmen insbesondere die Maskenpflicht sowie sämtliche gesetzliche SARS-CoV-2-spezifischen Regelungen aufgehoben sind. Es besteht keine Maskenpflicht in den Innenräumen der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und keine Verpflichtung zu Selbsttests.
Für die zweiten und dritten Tage der Veranstaltung (Donnerstag, 08.09. und Freitag, 09.09.2022) am Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin gelten besondere Maßnahmen:
- Täglicher Antigen Schnelltest als Selbsttest ohne Zertifikat vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. Nachweis per Teststreifen oder Foto vom Teststreifen. Keine Dokumentation mit personenbezogenen Daten (z.B. Namen), stichprobenhafte Überprüfung durch den Veranstaltenden.
- Testkits mit zwei Antigen Schnelltests werden am Mittwoch während der Registrierung verteilt. Bitte nutzen Sie diese Tests für den Donnerstag und Freitag.
- Tragen von FFP2-Masken im Innenraum (außer dem oder der Vortragenden) ist verpflichtend.
- Bitte informieren Sie uns über positive Testergebnisse während der Veranstaltung und bis zu 5 Tage nach der Veranstaltung. Im Fall von mehrtägigen Präsenzveranstaltungen, in deren Verlauf Teilnehmende positiv getestet werden, muss die Veranstaltung abgebrochen werden.
- Wenn Sie sich nicht wohl fühlen, bleiben Sie zu Hause.
Corona measures during the ST3 Annual Meeting at HZB/HU Berlin
For the first day of the event (Wednesday, 07.09.2022) at HU Berlin in the Institute of Physics, all measures especially the mask obligation as well as all legal SARS-CoV-2 specific regulations are lifted. There is no mask obligation in any indoor rooms of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and no obligation for self-tests.
Special measures apply for the second and third days of the event (Thursday, 08.09. and Friday, 09.09.2022) at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin:
- Daily antigen rapid test as self-test without certificate before the start of the event. Proof by test strip or photo of the test strip. No documentation with personal data (e.g. names), random checks by the event organizer.
- Test kits with two antigen rapid tests will be distributed on Wednesday during registration. Please use these tests for Thursday and Friday.
- Wearing FFP2 masks indoors (except for the presenter(s)) is mandatory.
- Please inform us about positive test results during the event and up to 5 days after the event. In the case of multi-day events where participants test positive, the event must be cancelled.
- If you do not feel well, stay at home.
