The idea of the workshop is to introduce and discuss the measurement infrastructures of the different labs, including all the actually planned upgrades concerning diagnostic and test systems, as well as test capacities. Maybe a short overview can be given by each lab, and the presentation of student projects will be very welcome.
The projects can introduce their needs and schedules for cavity testing and we can discuss face to face further. For us the in-person discussions are absolutely important, after the long Covid suffering break.
Our idea is to have an afternoon session followed by a small working dinner which allows continuation of discussions. On the next day a morning session can accomplish the workshop. As of today, we plan to have the workshop as close as possible to the DESY vertical test stands. Together with our meeting service we are currently defining details.
