Domain wall defect CFTs from N=4 SYM

Abstract:

Domain walls in N=4 SYM separating regions of space-time with different ranks of the gauge group give rise to novel defect CFTs. We discuss what is known about the conformal data of these defect CFTs. One point functions of bulk operators have been shown to be integrable in the sense that they can be expressed in closed form for any value of the coupling constant. In this talk we discuss how to go beyond one-point functions.
