Submission deadline
A poster session is scheduled at the first day of the conference. In particular, young scientists are encouraged to present their research on a poster and to discuss results and new ideas with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
Abstract submission requires you to login to the DESY indico page.
Do you already have an account with DESY indico? If not, please follow the following instructions to create a new one.
- After you click on submit new abstract. You will be forwarded to the login page of DESY indico.
- Click on the Helmoltz AAI option on the login page (if you do not have an existing account).
- Search for the name of your institute/organization on the top right search bar and follow the instructions.
