Excursion
A one-day excursion is planned on 23 June after the three days of the conference.
A minimum number of 20 participants is required.
The excursion includes a relaxed and wonderful round trip from Heidelberg to Neckarsteinach and back, with a lunch break in Neckarsteinach. A guided tour of the historic Heidelberg Castle will follow this.
Costs for the boat and the castle tour (without lunch)*:

Details of the boat tour:
Meeting Point and Time: Neckarstaden 25, 69117 Heidelberg, at 09:45
- The boat tour starts at 10:00 in Heidelberg. On the four-castle tour, the ship will travel upstream to the four-castle city, Neckarsteinach, via the Benedictine Abbey Stift Neuberg and Neckargemünd through the beautiful green valley of the Neckartal-Odenwald nature park. All the ships have an open sundeck, where you can enjoy the green Odenwald panorama with a fresh breeze and a cool drink.
- LUNCH: We will reach Neckasteinach at 11:35 and have a lunch break from 12:00 - 13:30.
- Our trip back from Neckarsteinach is planned at 13:50 to arrive in Heidelberg at 15:10.

*The price above does not include lunch and must be paid directly at the restaurant. The excursion price must be paid in cash at the conference desk.
