Workshop 2. Empowerment for Change

Outline: You are frustrated with the current state of the scientific system? You are for sure not alone with these feelings, however, despite a lot of people demanding change, it seems to be extremely difficult to move forward.
This workshop aims to empower female PhDs and Postdocs to take matters into their own hands and become agents of change. To start off, there will be space for reflection about current visions, ambitions, fears and areas of tension in the careers of the participants.During the remaining workshop time, participants will then learn more about what change is, how to make sure that change is successful and sustainable and how to do all of this in a balanced way that does ideally not endanger their career (individual room for maneuver, as a group, cross-gender solidary action).
