With this meeting we want to bring together experts from both areas, the development and the application of high-end synchronization systems.
The satellite workshop is planned as a mixtures of talks and extended discussion sessions, in which we envision to find answers to following questions:
- Where are the limitations of established technologies in the field of synchronization?
- What are the synchronization requirements of future applications?
- Where do we see the most urgent need to initiate new developments?
- How can we find a common basis to foster new collaborations to mutually benefit?
