Poster sessions
Poster session 1: Wednesday, 24 January 2024, 17:30 - 20:00 (mainly FLASH, European XFEL, theory and other topics) - poster 1-194 (and posters submitted later)
Poster session 2: Thursday 25 January 2024, 16:00 – 19:00 (mainly PETRA III/IV and other topics) - poster 195-342 (and posters submitted later)

Venue of the poster sessions
'Kuppel Hamburg' directly opposite the DESY side entrance.
Address: Luruper Chaussee 30, 22761 Hamburg (Germany).
Poster size
Poster size is A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm) Orientation: Portrait.
Mounting/Dismounting of posters
Posters can be mounted on the day of your respective session starting at 15.00. All posters have to be dismounted at the end of the poster session.
Cancellation of poster registrations
If you are not able to present your poster, please send a short email to usersmeeting2024@desy.de . This saves time and resources for the on-site organisation!
