For a local BlueSky instance on the computer and simulation, a Docker desktop installation is required on the computer. Installation instructions for Windows, Linux and Mac can be found here. Please note that if Docker is to be installed on Windows, WSL2 (Windows Subsystem Linux 2) must also be installed (part of the installation instructions).
Attention: Administrator privileges are required for installation.
