REGISTRATION FEES
Early bird fee: 200 EUR (deadline 31 March 2025)
Standard fee: 250 EUR (deadline 28 April 2025)
The registration fees for in-person participants include all coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the social dinner.
Please note that lunches are not included in the registration fees.
FEE PAYMENT
To proceed with the payment of the registration fees, please follow the instructions in the registration form.
Payment is possible via Paypal and via Bank Transfer.
Your payment should be free of charge for DESY.
REFUNDS
Cancellation of participation
No refunds will be available for cancellations later than four weeks before the event. Written notice must be sent to desy-imcc2025-organisers@desy.de to confirm cancellation.
