There are plenty of Hotels in Hamburg. The Campus Bahrenfeld is located in the west of the city. There is a Mercure hotel nearby. For those travelling on a low budget, we have reserved rooms in the DESY hostel.

4-star hotel, very close to the campus. Rooms starting at ~85 Euros/night (member rate checked mid-August)
Hostel on campus, we have reserved a contigent for the meeting. The price for a single room is 38,50. Please mention JUNO meeting when booking and put UNI in the field DESY group in the reservation form.
