The meeting will be held at the European XFEL, starting at 0900.
It will take place in the auditorium, which is part of the new "Lighthouse" building which is close to the entrance. (No special permission is needed to enter the campus.) The location of the building can be seen on Google maps, though since it's new it doesn't appear in the satellite view. Around the entrance of the European XFEL there is an open area; the Lighthouse and auditorium are on the right-hand side, the main building is to the front, and the restaurant (Beamstop) is on the left.

Coffee will be provided, but lunch will be self-paid at the Beamstop canteen.
