To be able to work on the midterm report in a concentrated way, we organise a meeting. 

It is planned that everyworks on their chapters before the meeting, so that one can discuss the text during the meeting. 

Regarding hotels, the easiest is to book a room at the DESY-Hostel, you will receive the needed information by e-mail.
