Description
The purpose of this writing meeting is to work on the midterm report in a focused manner.
It is planned that everyone will work on their chapters before the meeting, so that we can discuss the text during the meeting. (Find the template here.)
Regarding hotels, the easiest is to book a room at the DESY-Hostel, you will receive the needed information how to do this by e-mail. (The DESY-Hostel is directly on the campus and offers comfortable rooms without luxury at very affordable rates.)
If you would prefer not to stay at the DESY-Hostel, you can take a look at the attached list of hotels.
The meeting on Thursday will be in O2.331 in building 1 (C). The meeting on Friday will be in seminar room 4a in building 1 (b).
The canteen is in building 9 located just across the street from building 1.
Those arriving before 1 PM on Thursday are invited to join us for lunch. This will be in the DESY canteen (Alsterfood). It will be self-paid. We will meet at 12 pm at the entrance to the building.
