Description
Symmetry breaking in ubiquitous in high energy physics and cosmology. It predicts formation of topological defects such as monopoles and cosmic strings, which may lead to cosmological disaster. Vice versa, it helps us to explore high energy physics. In this talk, I will explain "Hubble induced mass driven phase transition" and its impact on the high energy physics, especially supersymmetric grand unified theories.
