Payment instructions will be provided to accepted students. Participants are responsible for securing full financial support from their home institution to attend the school.
Travel costs to and from Hamburg are not included in the registration fee.
One additional night at the DESY Guest House can be arranged on request to accommodate international students.
Students who do not require accommodation may request a fee reduction, which will be considered on a reasonable basis (for example, for students from the Hamburg area). We strongly encourage staying at the DESY Guest House, as it provides a valuable opportunity to connect and engage with other participants.
