The program does not really reflect the discussions of the meeting. The latter were centered around the new input about replacing the HV Kapton+Carbon fiber by a super "thick" HV Kapton, provided by Adrian and around the algorithms to extract the amplitude of the pad signals, partly initiated by Filip's presentation of an approach used in his PhD for the backing calorimeter readout pipeline. David established that some early runs of the last beam tests cannot be rescued and will be marked as so in the logbook. The reprocessing is ongoing. Mihai will give an update on the MC simulation(s) in the next meeting.
