o one dCache node broken (30.9.2012), one ticket on Monday, a
second ticket on Tuesday, both answered on Tuesday afternoon -> a
reply after 24h on a working day is too long
o another open ticket (9.10.2012)
- batch system:
o high load on batch server from atlas profile (defining site) ->
fixed with help from Andreas H.
o user question to naf-helpdesk, low priority -> answer after two days
- work group server
o out of vmem (can not compile, can not set up dq2)
- software
o correct python version (2.5/2.6) within ROOT -> not supported at
the moment
- requests:
o group summary entry of SONAS quota
- NAF 2.0
o ATLAS-D asked to consolidate the ATLAS NAF resources at one site
