General Logistics including fees
The meeting is composed of three events.
- The Identity Managment Workshop
- The Community Forum
- The All Hands Meeting
When registering, you have the option to book individual events or all-in-one. To cover costs, we charge 35 Euros per day, which includes snacks and beverages during morning and afternoon breaks and the working lunch. We decided to go for a working lunch in contrast to having lunch in the cantine as the schedules of the different events are pretty tight and we do not want to loose too much time.
Social event
We are offering an optional Conference Dinner on Tuesday. This is 50 Euros, including beverages and the bus ticket to the restaurant. We picked the famous Gröninger Brewery in the heart of Hamburg. As we expect the most important discussions and decisions to take place during the conference dinner, missing it would indeed not be recommended. The conference fee receipt for Tuesday will not have the price for the conference dinner mentioned seperately. Only total amounts will be displayed.
Accommodation
The Desy Hostel Service.
