There will be two different poster sessions:
Sept. 21, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.: poster session 1
The posters of poster session 1 have to be removed by Sept. 22, 8:30 a.m.
Sept. 23: 3:10 - 5:10 p.m.: poster session 2
The posters of poster session 2 should be removed immediately after the end of the conference.
The poster panels available to fix your posters have the following dimensions:
110 cm high x 85 cm wide (equivalent to A0 vertical)
The posters should fit into this format and will be fixed to the panels with taps provided by the workshop organisers.
