The APLS-II Collaboration Meeting It is hosted by the Johannes-Gutenberg University of Mainz. Mainz is an old university town, located at the Rhine-river and also the capital of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is located 20 min from Frankfurt International Airport and can be also reached conveniently by train from all Europe. Travel instructions can be found under the Directions Menu.

There are several hotels in Mainz and the university can be easily reached by foot or public transport easily. You can book via (www.booking.com) or also contact the following hotels directly. Do that as soon as possible, as there is a large physics workshop in Mainz at the same time:
