LEAPS welcomes you to its second Plenary Meeting, to be held at Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI), Switzerland from November 18th to the 20th, 2019.
The event will start at 09:00h (a.m.) on Monday, the 18th and will end at 15:00h on Wednesday, the 20th. The Plenary Meeting will target the LEAPS Strategy under Horizon Europe with comments from representatives of the European Commission and National Funding agencies/ministries (tbc).
On Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock, INNOV-WP leaders/co-leaders, coordinator and CB chairs will dedicate an internal session to LEAPS-INNOV.
The LEAPS Plenary Session I will then start at 11:30 in the Auditorium according to the agenda.
On Tuesday afternoon, we are thrilled to be able to welcome our guests at SwissFEL. Here, you will have the rare opportunity to visit the accelerator, insertion devices and the experimental end stations. Please, sign up for the guided tour at the moment of registration.
During this three-day meeting, you will also be able to take part in discussions on future technical projects and transversal activities, e.g. the LEAPS pilot proposal. You will also be updated on the status of LEAPS facilities and neighbouring communities willing to collaborate with LEAPS in the future.
