Please register at the DESY Hostel with the keyword "Monte Carlo", a number of rooms have been blocked.
Check In
- Check In Time: 2:00 pm
- The Hostel key can be collected at the DESY main gatehouse any time after 2:00 pm.
Check Out
Check Out Time is 10:30 am. The Hostel room has to be vacated and the key returned by 10:30 am.
The key can be returned to the following places: The DESY main gatehouse, the Hostel Office or the drop off box outside the Hostel Office.
You will be charged for an extra night if you do not return your key on time
Bills
Accommodation and telephone bills should be collected from the Hostel Office at the latest on the last working day before departure. Bills may be paid in cash at Degussa Bank on the DESY campus (bldg. 9), or per money transfer (German Banking System). Payment with credit card is possible, also to submit credit card numbers to DESY Finance Department

Cancellation policy:
Reservations can be cancelled via email until the date of arrival without any cancellation fee. If the Hostel is not informed a no-show fee of Eur 25.00 applies.
Lost Keys:
There is a charge of Eur 50.00 for each key.
