Before your abstract can be accepted you need to have an indico account at indico.desy.de and you are required to register at this website in the ErUM-Data Community Information Exchange.
The abstract should contain all the keywords required to attract a potential collaborator. The format is free. The follow-up questions in the template should be answered concise to make the match-up more efficient.
Instead of a free-form abstract you can also copy your answers to the questions in the lower sections of the submission to the abstract textfield "Title" and "Content".
Browse in the existing entries for inspiration.
In any case, the text in the "Content"-field and "Title"-field will appear in the PDF-export of the Timetable. This will simplify the keyword-search in an offline-PDF. For more information visit the FAQ.
