Description

A great challenge of experiment documentation is to collect metadata from many different sources. Automation can help to save time and reduce errors, which highly depends on the infrastructure landscape of the research center. The lab documentation tool can play a central role in connecting metadata sources. It can decrease duplicated entries, improves the completeness, saves time in the long run and provides a valuable basis of structured information for advanced searches, data processing and exports like hdf5 files, metadata catalogs or other publications. A functional rich API is essential to collect and provide the specific metadata to increase the FAIRness for the own experiments.

Speed Talks I am unable/unwilling to give a speedtalk.
