Poster Session
The poster session will be preceded by a speed talk session. A prize will be assigned to the best speed talk.
For all presenters: The poster panels will be available on Monday during the first coffee break. We divided the posters into areas for ARD (ground floor), DTS and DMA (first floor). You can hang your poster at any free poster wall in the according area before the start of the poster session. Please remove the poster after the poster session. All posters that are still at the poster walls on Tuesday morning will be removed and collected at the registration desk. All posters that are left at the venue at the end of the event will be disposed off.
During the poster session, drinks and snacks are served.
Dinner
Dinner takes place at the Casino KIT Campus North (building 145, see also campus map). If you participate in the tours, your tour guide will take you to the Casino.
After the dinner, between 9.30 pm and 11 pm, there are several buses that bring you back to KIT Campus South.
In case you don‘t participate in the tours, but in the dinner, be aware that there is no bus transfer to the dinner. Please take one of the buses for the tour to get to KIT Campus North or the KIT Shuttle leaving 5 pm / 5.30 pm / … / 7 pm in front of the building Adenauerring 2 (see bus stop in campus map). Arriving at KIT Campus North, please get a day-pass at the entrance. In case there are any questions or problems with the day-pass, let them call me (Christina Widmann, IBPT -23533).
