  Usage:
  x_in_pad = x_in_mm/pitch_size + intercept
  
  The pitch_size is not exactly hardware pitch size (= pad size + gap size) because the sensor is rotated by a small angle.
  It can be observed from those runs when the stage only moved along one direction but the gaps were also moved along the other direction.
