FH Retreat 2025

Europe/Berlin
Lighthouse (European XFEL)

Lighthouse

European XFEL

Description

The FH division will get together to a retreat on July 21, 2025. We will meet in the new "lighthouse" building of the European XFEL in Schenefeld (see instructions on how to get there).

The purpose of the retreat will be to discuss and exchange views on how the FH division should move into the next phase, starting in 2028, of PoF V, of post HL-LHC upgrades and potentially PETRA IV construction.

Participation in this event is - since the number of places is limited - by invitation only. If you think that you should attend but have not received an invitation, please talk to your group leader.

The meeting will consist of a mixture of plenary talks, discussion sessions, small workshops and other interactive elements. Participation in this event will only be possible in person.

Lunch will be available at the XFEL canteen (self-payer).
