The registration fee for INFIERI 2015 is staggered as follows: Lab organisers/students (OPTION NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE) 350 EUR Lab organisers/students from Hamburg (with HVV card) 300 EUR Lecturers 0 EUR Lecturers attending dinner 90 EUR Each accompanying person attending dinner 90 EUR For all lab organisers and students the fee includes public transportation card, coffee breaks, reception and the dinner, which will take place during a boat trip. For students If you are a student, please send a short CV and the name and contact information of a professor to the Local Organising Committee (infieri15-loc@desy.de). The payment of the school fees should be done only after the confirmation of the registration and before the beginning of the school. More details in Payment. Visa requirements The participants from outside the EU probably require a visa to travel to Germany. If you need the official letter of invitation, please contact us.
