Conflicts are not always solvable. But they are inevitable and often even useful for further co-operation. That's why one of the most important tasks for executives and project managers is to deal professionally with conflicts in the team.
This workshop will help you to explore your personality in conflicts as well as to perceive a conflict in the team in order to address and moderate it. You become acquainted with reasons for conflict and get mediated methods as well as helpful tools to resolve conflicts. The workshop is based on your own experience and practical cases and is thus based on your daily scientific routine.
Trainer: Maike Staben has worked in personal development for the past 10 years and has work experience from various international economic companies.
