Poster session
For the poster session, we will use Remo.co as a platform.

- For the poster presentation, please use a 16:9 ppt slide format (with only the key information) rather than a full A0 poster used for usual poster workshops!
Text-Chat Option "Mattermost"
During the workshop, we provide the text-chat option "Mattermost". The tool serves as a discussion and/or exchange forum. You can send private/public messages to the PETRA IV project team (question about SIPs or general questions) and/or all other participants who login to Mattermost. Every participant will receive a mail to join the Mattermost text-chat. The use of this tool is totally voluntary.
Further important information:
- Only registered participants can use the Mattermost tool. For this we use the email-addresses of all participants. You just have to choose a username and Password (Invitation is send via mail)
- The Mattermost system is running on a local server at DESY in Hamburg!
- The use of Mattermost is totally voluntary
- All data within Mattermost will be deleted 2 weeks after the workshop!
