Description
EAJADE („Europe-America-Japan Accelerator Development and Exchange") is a Marie Sklodowska-Curie staff exchange action under Horizon-Europe that will run for four years, starting in 2023. EAJADE addresses the urgent need of exchange of ideas on R&D and implementation of future accelerators for particle physics, in particular for a future Higgs factory, but also for generic technical development and for investigations into new technologies and the potential for sustainability. EAJADE does so by exchanging experts at all career levels between Europe, America (Canada and USA), and Japan. The planned exchange of staff of leading European laboratories and universities with several prominent American and Japanese partners will focus on the most critical subjects in the design, R&D and prototyping. In this presentation we will discuss the EAJADE work programme and the potential it holds for the entire field of accelerator R&D for future colliders.
