"Urknall unterwegs (Big Bang on the road)"
Urknall unterwegs (Big Bang on the road) brings particle physics to the people! The mobile exhibition illustrates how science has revolutionised our understanding of the universe. Visitors experience an exciting journey through time - in just a few steps from the Big Bang to the present. They can also learn about the people who work in particle physics: How and why research is done and, above all, how it affects our everyday life and society.
Everyone who is interested in the origin of our universe is welcome.
Urknall Unterwegs is a federally funded mobile exhibition developed by the German particle physics education programme Netzwerk Teilchenwelt in cooperation with Weltmaschine at DESY in Hamburg and experts from particle physics and didactics from TU Dresden.
