Description
The null results of dark matter at experiments motivate us to look beyond the usual freeze-out mechanisms, and work out the upper bound on the dark matter masses which could be probed at experiments. In this talk, we shall briefly overview different production mechanisms, and correspondingly upper bounds of dark matter in those scenarios. In addition, we shall focus on the exponential mechanism for dark matter production and list out the differences of our approach with the ones in the literature.
