Description

This year the annual meeting (20.-21.11.2025) will be followed by a strategy workshop (21.-22.11.2025) in preparation of the ErUM-Pro funding call. It is possible to attend just one of the two meetings. Please fill out the registration accordingly.

The meeting takes place at the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef. Participation via zoom is possible: https://cern.zoom.us/j/69211333229?pwd=MkJRTkRXcGhLTFlyZ0pubkdjNWNBQT09 It is the same link for all sessions.

The language at the meeting will generally be English. Contributions or discussions in German will be possible if the speaker or the topic requires it. The language of the informal discussion on Thursday evening will be chosen depending on the topic.

Please register before 27.10.2025 via the menue item "Registration" in the lefthand panel. Please also register if you intend to participate via zoom.

Rooms at the Physikzentrum can be booked during the registration and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Drinks are charged at a flat rate, so you can pay your bill on arrival or at any time in between to avoid a long queue at the end of the meeting.
