• Identify strengths and challenges
• Implement plan for skills development
• Prepare for upcoming interviews
• Gain information on resources on campus
Career counsellor:
Annette Leemans has a Master’s degree in Career Counseling from St. Mary’s College, Oakland, California. As Career Counselor for COAST at DESY, she strives to empower people coming from all socio-economic backgrounds and nationalities in reaching their full potential. Her approach is non-directive using unconditional support and empathy. As a life-long learner, she values transparency and perseverance in order to continue to grow intellectually, while deepening her cultural awareness.
