Poster Guidelines
DEADLINE
You are kindly asked to register your poster via the online registration form. Please submit your poster abstract via e-mail no later than 1 October 2025 to mirko.siemssen@pier-hamburg.de.
TIME POSTER SESSION
Wednesday, 8 October 2025, 6-8 pm
VENUE
The poster session takes place in building 99, CFEL (atrium).
POSTER PRIZE
The best poster will be awarded a prize during the graduate week barbecue.
POSTER SIZE
DIN A0, max. 0,90 m x 1,20 m (width x height, portrait format)
POSTER ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Abstracts for posters must be written in English - no more than 3000 characters (including spaces). The abstract heading must include the title - up to 120 characters. Figures and tables may not be included in the abstract. Please submit your poster abstract to mirko.siemssen@pier-hamburg.de no later than 1 October 2025.
